Review English V


UNIT 1

MAKE---> Use make when you talk about something that you do with your hands.
For example:

I made my bed.
I made a donation to a charity.
We made a video to the English class.

DO---> Use do when you talk about an action, activity. Is in general.
For example:

I do my homework.
I do exercise.
I do a extreme sport.

PRESENT PERFECT + yet /already/ just

Already---> The action was realized. Subject + have/has + already + past participle
                                             Example: I´ve already taken a cool trip.

Yet---> The action hasn´t been done and questions.
                             Negative: Subject + haven´t/ hasn´t + past participle + complement + yet
                             Question: Have/ has + subject + past participle + complement + yet
                                             Example: I haven´t done that yet.
                                                            Have you done that yet?

Just---> Short time ago. Is not necsesary on the same day.

Example:
Mary has just made a cake.
We have just bought a new house.
